Our current rate is $375 per hour. Appointment length and frequency are thoughtfully recommended based on your needs, goals, and complexity of care.

Appointment Types

• Initial Consultation – 90 minutes

Required for all new patients.
This comprehensive first visit is designed to understand your full health story, explore root causes, and establish a personalized care plan. Together, we’ll review your detailed intake and health timeline, discuss your goals and concerns, and outline next steps - such as labs, foundational support, or lifestyle strategies.
This extended time enables us to uncover key patterns and build a more focused, effective, and cost-conscious plan moving forward.

• Follow-up Consultation – 30 or 60 minutes

For established patients.
These visits are an essential part of your ongoing care - used to assess progress, review lab results, and adjust your plan as needed.
Your provider will recommend the appropriate length based on your current needs and goals. Over time, the aim is to transition to shorter visits as appropriate - continuing to offer meaningful, effective care in a way that supports long-term sustainability and cost-consciousness.

• 30 Minutes – Best for one focused concern, a brief progress update, or reviewing a standard lab result.
  
  

• 60 Minutes – Ideal for addressing multiple concerns, reviewing specialty or functional lab results, or making broader plan adjustments.

Payment, Deposits & Insurance

Libellula Integrative Care is a cash-based practice and does not accept insurance. This allows us to provide longer, more personalized visits without the limitations and time constraints imposed by insurance reimbursement models.

A $75 deposit is required at the time of booking. This will be applied to the total cost of your visit and is refundable if the appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.

Superbills are available for potential out-of-network reimbursement upon request.
