4. How do telehealth appointments work?
Telehealth appointments are conducted via secure video or phone call. After scheduling, you'll receive a link or instructions to join the session. During the visit, we'll discuss your health concerns, review any needed lab results, and create a personalized care plan—all from the comfort of your home.
5. How do I prepare for my initial appointment?
To prepare for your initial appointment, complete the new patient intake form ahead of time. It’s helpful to have a list of any medications you're taking, as well as relevant medical records or lab results. Jotting down your questions and goals for the visit can also help ensure we make the most of our time together.
6. Where do I complete blood work?
We commonly order blood work through Quest or LabCorp. We also partner with functional specialty labs for specific tests, which can often be drawn at local lab facilities. We provide all necessary lab orders and can assist with finding convenient locations if needed.
7. What is Libellula’s cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
