Initial Consultation – 90 Minutes

$560 (reflects a $375/hour rate)
Required for all new patients

This comprehensive first visit lays the foundation for your care. We take a detailed look at your full health story to better understand patterns, contributors, and root causes that may be influencing how you feel today.

What this visit includes:

• Review of your intake forms and health timeline

• In-depth discussion of symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and environment

• Root-cause exploration through a functional and integrative lens

• Thoughtful discussion of labs or testing

• A personalized care plan with clear next steps, education, and guidance
  
  

This visit is designed to give you clarity - not just answers, but a deeper understanding of why things may be happening and how to move forward in a supported way.

Standard Follow-Up – 60 Minutes

$375

These visits provide the space needed to continue meaningful work together following initial consultation. They’re ideal for reviewing specialty lab results, addressing multiple concerns, assessing progress, and refining your care plan over time.

Common focus areas include:

• Interpreting lab findings and discussing implications

• Adjusting nutrition, lifestyle, or supplement/medication recommendations

• Exploring what’s improving and what still needs attention

• Ongoing education and support as changes unfold

Focused Follow-Up – 30 Minutes

$189

A shorter visit for more targeted needs. This option works well when focusing on a single concern, checking in between longer visits, or reviewing standard lab results.

Payments, Deposits & Insurance

Deposit
A $75 deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward your visit total. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment or for missed appointments.

Payment & Insurance
Libellula Integrative Care is a cash-based practice and does not bill insurance. Payment is due at the time of service. A detailed receipt (superbill) may be provided upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement, if applicable.

Labs & Supplements
Laboratory testing and supplements may be recommended when clinically appropriate. All recommendations are optional and may involve additional costs. When possible, cost-conscious options and alternatives are discussed in collaboration with you.
