-EDUCATION-

Natalie’s path into integrative and functional medicine was deeply rooted by personal experience. When her grandmother was diagnosed with breast cancer, she chose to incorporate integrative therapies alongside conventional treatment. Natalie witnessed how these supportive approaches helped her grandmother feel more whole, seen, and cared for throughout her healing journey. It was a powerful introduction to the value of treating not just the illness, but the whole person.

Natalie also brings her own lived experience to the work. As a teenager and young adult, she struggled with daily migraines that often disrupted her life. Conventional treatments brought limited relief, and it wasn’t until she began looking deeper, exploring nutrition, stress, hormonal imbalances, and lifestyle factors, that she uncovered the root causes. That healing process not only brought lasting relief but also gave her a profound empathy for others living with chronic conditions. It’s what fuels her commitment to listen deeply, explore thoughtfully, and walk alongside each person she cares for.

A Personal Journey Toward Integrative Healing.

Care That Moves With You.

As a military spouse who has lived and traveled across the country, Natalie understands the importance of connection and continuity—especially in healthcare. That experience inspired her to offer care through telehealth, creating meaningful, consistent support no matter where life takes someone. Along the way, she’s come to truly enjoy learning about the stories, experiences, and lives of the people she serves. Her journey has also taught her that proximity doesn’t equal connection—what matters most is being present, intentional, and truly listening.

Natalie was drawn to the nursing path because of its holistic philosophy—treating the whole person, not just the illness. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Michigan University and went on to work in a variety of settings as a registered nurse, including the ICU. Those experiences deepened her understanding of complex care and the importance of compassion, clarity, and presence-even in the most critical moments.

Over time, she became increasingly drawn to understanding the “why” behind health challenges—looking for ways to nurture healing before deeper imbalances set in. That shift in focus led her to pursue advanced training, earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University and becoming a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a focus in family medicine.

Her approach is enriched by training through Dr. Andrew Weil’s Integrative Medicine Fellowship at the University of Arizona and coursework with the Institute for Functional Medicine. She also integrates tools she learned from her yoga instructor training and clinical herbalism training, offering thoughtful, evidence-informed care that supports healing across body, mind, and spirit.

From Critical Care to Preventative Wisdom.

Natalie brings her whole heart to this work-offering thoughtful, compassionate care that’s rooted in connection, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique path.
One of her greatest joys is walking alongside others as they reclaim their health, grounded in the shared belief that healing is always possible.
